My background started in high-volume retail operations at a Fortune 1 retailer, where I managed team execution, labor, and perishable risk across a $70M+ revenue portfolio. I kept seeing the same issue: teams were asked to perform without systems built for real operating conditions. So I started building those systems.

My Philosophy

I believe the best analytics systems are built by people who feel the operational pain firsthand. Every tool I have built started as a frustration on the floor - delayed reports, disconnected data, manual processes that stole time from actual leadership. I do not build systems in isolation; I build them while running the operations they serve. That is why adoption happens, because the end users know the builder sat in the same chairs they do.
